CCA & CCDC Electronic version (PDF) unlimited usage
(not all documents are available in electronic version)
**These Registration Numbers will take 48hrs. to received**
- PDF documents can be filled in electronically
- PDF documents cannot be saved with changes
- All electronic contract documents include 2 Copyright Seals, required for each document printed. The exception of CCDC #11, which only receives 1 copyright seal.
To Order Documents:
Choose which CCDC/CCA document you want to purchase from the Document List. To download the electronic PDF version of the documents you will need to purchase a registration number from the LDCA Office.
To purchase your request, payment can be made through PayPal, telephone the LDCA office 519-453-5322, or in person at the LDCA Office. Payment for all orders is by VISA, Mastercard, Company cheque, or on your LDCA account (members only).
The LDCA administrator will ship the documents request to the address provided, as per your instruction.
